BLOG: Twelve In, Four to Go

With seven drivers already clinching a spot in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup prior to the Pure Michigan 400 on Sunday, five more added their names at the race's conclusion.

Assuming they attempt to qualify for the remaining 3 races in the regular season, led by Watkins Glen winner AJ Allmendinger. Aric Almirola, Kurt Busch, Kyle Busch and Denny Hamlin were the remaining four.

That leaves four spots open over the final three races, starting Saturday night at Bristol.
