Logano wins at Kansas

#22-Joey Logano won the Hollywood Casino 400 Sprint Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway for his 5th win of the season, 2nd win at Kansas and 13th career win. Logano led 42 of the 269 laps.

#20-Kenseth led 153 laps on the day and was leading the race with 5 laps to go when Logano got into the back of the #20, spinning Kenseth out. Kesenth finished 14th. Logano said Kenseth was blocking him, Kenseth said Logano hit him on purpose.

Logano was automatically advancing to the Eliminator round of The Chase with his win at Charlotte, but his win at Kansas prevented other drivers from locking themselves into the next round.
#11-Hamlin finished 2nd followed by #48-Johnson, #5-Kahne, #18-Busch, #41-Busch, #21-Blaney, #19-Edwards, pole sitter #2-Keselowski, and #24-Gordon.

There were 21 lead changes among 9 drivers and 7 cautions for 39 yellow flag laps.

The average speed was 135.732mph.
