NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at Watkins Glen: Live Results, Updates and Reaction

NASCAR is getting ready to tackle the second, and last, road course race of the Sprint Cup Series today.

The one driver who everyone will be watching is none other than Marcos Ambrose. To say Ambrose has been dominant at Watkins Glen over the last couple of years would be an understatement. Ambrose has won here the past two years, and he now sits on the pole as he tries to make it three in a row.

With only five races left until the Chase, and Tony Stewart recently breaking his leg and now sitting out the rest of the season, certain drivers will have a huge opportunity to fight for a spot in the postseason.

It will be hard for Stewart's replacement driver to maintain the wild-card spot the 14 car currently sits in, and other drivers who struggle at road course racing could slip out of the top 10 as well.

Drivers like Brad Keselowski and Kurt Busch though, who sit 12th and 13th in points, could make a big push forward during today's race.

Watkins Glen had an exciting finish last year, as Keselowski and Ambrose drove hard and battled each other during the final lap.

And with drivers still trying to make the Chase, the Cheez-It 355 at the Glen will be a race you won't want to miss.
