PHOTO OF THE DAY: Thunderbirds!

With Nellis Air Force Base occupying the land surrounding Las Vegas Motor Speedway, it makes sense that a fly-over is in the offing there.

But what a flyover this past Sunday's was!

The USAF Thunderbirds precision flying team did the ol' ballistic move over the 1.5-mile speedway, full of fans and folks from NASCAR, and it was a Good Thing.
