What’s the picture for this weekend in South Beach?

All or nothing comes to mind.

It’s the 99 or the 14. Winner take all, except if they tie, and then the 14 will take all for the third time and leave Carl Edwards at the altar again.

Pretty simple, really. Smoke has to score four more points than Edwards to win outright, or three to tie and win on a tiebreaker. Edwards has to finish ahead of Stewart by one spot.

It’s exciting and it’s simple. The real meat gets into play on the flip side.

What does that mean? Well, imagine they both crash. Which team will be better able to get the car out and finish the race?

They both run out within five laps of the finish. Who gets the car out first?

They pull a 1976 Daytona 500, crashing off Turn 4 coming down for the checkered. Who keeps it running and gets to the finish line first?

All said and done? I can’t call it for either driver. Too much can go wrong.
